This site’s purpose is to present content that can improve business analysis and business analysts’ results.
The foundation of this site’s information is the IIBA Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABoK) version 3. Over time, knowledge from the PMI PBA guidance will be added and contributions from Business Analysts and Business Architects will hone the methods and patterns. Supporting artifacts will emerge to provide business analysts with a set of tools enabling consistent, repeatable expectations and results.
A framework to improve requirement quality has been described on the site. This will mature and evolve. Other guidance from industry leaders will bring a variety of perspectives and valuable insight.
Once the site reaches a degree of stability, comment and collaboration will be welcome.
