This site’s goals include
- Introduce a Business Outcome Analysis framework for improved requirement quality
- Help advance business analysis standards by making it easy to navigate and reference key elements of the Body of Knowledge
- Build a governance model: policy, patterns, methods, templates, and other materials built from experience and an evolving, pragmatic application of the BABoK guidance
The growth of the content will start by leveraging the IIBA BABoK Key Concepts and Knowledge Areas (by borrowing BABoK material) and will be extended to incorporate the PMI PBA and other contributions.
The BABoK Key Concepts are in the Concepts menu and the Knowledge Areas are in Methods menu.
